MaryGrace Wanda, MA

MaryGrace is seeing clients virtually in Minnesota and is under the supervision of Joey Collins, PhD LPCC.

As a pre-licensed therapist, I provide holistic, somatic, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care. My work is grounded in the belief that the body is a vital place of healing, holding our histories, stress, resilience, and survival responses long before we have the words to name them. I am committed to centering Black wellness while creating an inclusive space where people from all backgrounds feel seen, heard, and supported.

I believe healing begins in the body. Through somatic practices like breathwork and grounding, I help clients reconnect with themselves in ways that are restorative, empowering, and authentic. My approach is rooted in trust, collaboration, and honoring each person's lived experience while creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, supportive, and deeply attuned.

I believe everyone deserves compassionate, culturally responsive care that honors their unique experiences and strengths. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and move toward greater well-being and healing.
